Why do bad things happen to good people? The Principle of the Path is a practical guide to how to begin living the life you desire. It is not a self-help book. The author uses plenty of real life applications and scriptural support to illustrate what he calls the “principle of the path”. It simply states that the direction you choose in life determines your destination (regardless of your intentions). That's not rocket science, right? The author teaches you that through manipulating this principle, you can lead a life that follows the right path—one without regrets.
This book illustrated a lot of important lessons. The author presented the material in an engaging, down-to-earth manner. He asked questions of the reader throughout the book, which helped me reflect on my own chosen path. I was happy to find the Life-Application Study Guide included at the end. This will definitely help me further my quest to identify and manipulate the principle of the path to my personal benefit.
Overall, the book kept my interest. I found the first few chapters to be repetitive, but the remaining bulk of it was fantastic! I would recommend it to anyone interested in improving their life or helping someone else get on the right path. Thank you Nelson Book Reviewer Blogger program for providing me with the opportunity to read this great book (http://brb.thomasnelson.com).
