About the Author:
I am an outpatient Internal Medicine MD who lives in Roswell GA with my husband and toddler. I was trained at the Morehouse School of Medicine in downtown Atlanta. Born in the United Kingdom to Nigerian born parents, I was raised in both countries before relocating to the United States to live the American dream. This gives a unique and interesting global perspective on several subject matters addressed in this book. It is matchless in that there are no other books on the market which target the same audience and offers similar advice and help with a variety of everyday life issues in a single book.
About the Book:
This book provides insight and solutions for a variety of common issues in our society including issues with identity, weight, health, nutrition, finding a mate, relationships in general and gender roles. It also educates on borrowing from other cultures and offers help for immigrants who are challenged and overwhelmed in the western world. In this book, I frequently draw a parallel to my upbringing in Nigeria as well as the UK as a way of painting a picture of a alternate life choices.
